We purchased a queen sized four poster rice bed in dark mahogany. Unfortunately, it came with a metal frame for the mattress and box spring which was the wrong type of frame and the bed racked in all directions plus the head and footboard vertical position mimicked the leaning Tower of Pisa. After reviewing several sites we decided on Garrett Supports. I called them and spoke with a gentleman named Carl and I am glad I did. He took the time to inform me about their bed rails and after speaking with him we placed an order for the pair. They arrived via UPS about a week later. We hauled the rice bed out of storage and set it up. What a pleasure it was to see that bed standing strong and tall without racking whatsoever and our Tower of Pisa was gone and she stood plumb line straight as it was meant to be. I cannot say enough positive things about Garrett Supports, their customer service and the quality of their products. As an aside comment, the stain and finish matched our bed perfectly. Carl was not only informative, but kind and courteous. By the time we finished our conversation I felt like one of the family. I CANNOT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE THINGS ABOUT GARRETT SUPPORTS, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCTS.

I bought two old mahogany twin beds at a thrift store some years ago just to “save” them. They were missing the rails so were useless as beds. After searching many websites, I chose yours mainly because you are a sister state and I like to spend my money close to home. After talking with your representative ( Josh?) he assured me that the rails should fit my vintage beds so I placed the order on line. A few days later I received a call asking if I was sure that I needed two sets of rails, vs two rails. Shortly after that was clarified, I received the rails, perfectly packaged and damage free. They fit the beds beautifully and I now have two wonderful new, old beds. I could not be happier. Thank you for your help and a wonderful product. I will always check with your company first if you have anything else that I need.

I just wanted to let you know of the great First time experience I had with your company. I have an antique oak full bed. It had been in a cottage with little or no climate control. The rails were failing – dried out and splintering. I ordered rails with center support from you site And I am happy to say the end result is that the bed is sturdier than ever before. Customer service is excellent as I had inadvertently ordered an extra center support. I received an email asking if that was my intent. My account was credited. Thank you, thank you…

We received this emergency request for bed rails needed in TX on a Friday before Labor Day: Garrett Supports, How long does it take to get a shipment from your warehouse to Kaufman, TX? We have to move my father suddenly after a fall to a memory care facility. I am sanding and restaining the bed he and my mom had when they first married. The bed is early American color. I just need the rails and support quickly. Your products appear to be quality products. He is moving in Saturday, September 8th Thank you in advance. Wow! Garret Mirror replacement bed rails arrived within 3 days of my order and ready to install. Your company was one of the very few that offer unfinished and *finished* rails. I would not have been able to stain or paint the rails, so I needed a set that was close to the cherry wood color of our bedframe. What a lifesaver to be able to find a place that would ship the rails ready to install and within a few days. Many thanks!!
