I was pleased with the quick delivery and ease of online ordering with my recent order. Instructions provided were also very easy to follow. With customer service in mind, I did want to make you aware of two issues: (1) two 3/4″ screws were missing and (2) it was necessary to use a wrench to screw one of the glides into the support.
